What is the Future Talent Laboratory?

The Future Talent Laboratory (FTL) is a sector focused innovation and career development programme designed to nurture the next generation of talent interested in careers across life sciences, medtech, and health. It provides insight into research, industry, and entrepreneurial pathways, while connecting participants directly with professionals and organisations shaping the sector.

Our mission is to prepare students and postgraduates for life after graduation – equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and connections to thrive across entrepreneurial, research, and industrial career paths.
